Battle: Los Angeles

This movie is one of my favourite modern movies, it's a fantastic bit of fun. I like how the action is more like modern warfare and it all feels uncomfortably close quarters.

The aliens are pretty good too, really weird looking which is good for aliens obviously. My favourite thing about this movie is how the aliens go down just as easy as the humans. For too long aliens in movies have been close to indestructible and it was pissing me off. It makes it more of a fight.

There's also the gorgeous Michelle Rodriguez, for me a movie is always better than it actually is just cause she is in it, no matter how small her role is.

I think I'm gonna go watch this again actually.
