As in The First Avenger Captain America is done amazingly in this. I'd also have to point out that I think Scarlett Johansson was born to play Black Widow, it would be hard to fill her shoes.
I don't think they could have done Falcon any better either, the wings look amazing.
Scarlett Johansson is obviously still super hot.
As are the two other pretty awesome S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, Maria Hill and Sharon Carter played by Cobie Smulders and Emily VanCamp.

As with all the modern Marvel movies the super villains look awesome and stay pretty close to how they looked in the comics. You couldn't get closer to The Winter Soldier than this.
