Spider-Man (2002)

This movie still looks great to this day and even though I massively prefer the new Spider-Man movies I still love the original new Spider-Man. Toby Maguire is great as Peter Parker though he is a bit too awkward to be honest. The scenes where he is testing out his new powers are great and provide some memorable comedic moments. The costume and web-slinging are both spot on too.

Kirsten Dunst is great as Mary Jane too and I loved that she was in these movies since I've been a fan of her acting and had a crush on her since Jumanji (she's 3 years older than me).

The only thing that lets this movie down is the Green Goblin, yes it still looks pretty good and Willem Dafoe is flawless in the role but even to this day I still don't like how they tried to make him look more modern and realistic with giving him an extremely shinny helmet.

This is definitely one you can't leave out of a Marvel movie marathon.
