AFI or A Fire Inside are one of the few post 70s punk bands that I listened to as a teenager (I listen to quite a few more now). I remember them always being on at college parties that I went to and that's probably where I heard them first.
Miss Murder is still my favourite song though I do enjoy their new stuff as well.
